Fitryana Rahayu is a conservation practitioner with over a decade of experience in wildlife research, animal welfare, and biodiversity conservation in Indonesia. As Forest Conservation Program Manager at Anambas Foundation, she leads forest protection and sustainable landscape initiatives in small island ecosystems, with a focus on community-based conservation, agroforestry development, and stakeholder collaboration. Her work also supports the implementation of an integrated ridge-to-reef approach that connects forest, coastal, and marine conservation efforts. She holds an M.Sc. in Primatology from IPB University and a B.Sc. in Biology from Universitas Indonesia.
